The goat final at the Croix-Noire
The regional final of the goat fights, Sunday 8 November 2026 in Aosta
Goats have their fights too. Started in 1981 by young breeders, they end every autumn with a regional final. In 2026 it takes place on Sunday 8 November at the Croix-Noire arena in Aosta.
Head to head
As with the queens, the goats meet head to head until only one is left. It is a festive day for the whole family.
