Potatoes and fontina in Torgnon

Torgnon has its own autumn festival: Torgnon d’Outon. From Friday 30 October to Sunday 1 November 2026, it celebrates two mountain products: potatoes and PDO alpine fontina.
What’s on
The weekend mixes dance evenings, a food pavilion and craft stalls. On Sunday, a short-supply-chain producers’ market sets up in Mongnod, the main village.
In past editions, the festival also featured a fontina-making demonstration and a meal in the pavilion. The detailed 2026 programme had not yet been published at the time of writing.
