Clos Blanc
Vines, apples and visitors made welcome

At Pompiod, between Jovençan and Aymavilles, the Blanc family grows vines and apple trees. For a long time they sold their grapes to other wineries. In 2009, Alberto Blanc decided to make his own wine.
An open estate
Clos Blanc loves having guests. You can visit the vineyard, taste the wines and even stay the night. The estate also has a stopover area for motorhomes. Visits are by reservation, ideally a few days ahead.
A light touch
The family tries to work as naturally as possible, in the vineyard and in the cellar. The reds are made on site.
The estate now produces several tens of thousands of bottles. Its Chardonnay “Hirondelle” has won a gold medal.
The wines
- Whites: Müller-Thurgau and Chardonnay “Hirondelle”.
- Reds from the valley: Petit Rouge, Cornalin, Fumin and a Torrette.
- Other reds: Merlot and Pinot Noir.
- “Réflì”: a sparkling wine.
