Tsalende a Tsambava: Christmas comes to Chambave
A Christmas market in the village, Sunday 29 November 2026
Tsalende a Tsambava means “Christmas in Chambave” in the local patois. The village of muscat wine opens the festive season with a market in the streets of its old centre.
A festive day
The market is organised by the Pro Loco of Chambave, with the municipality and the regional tourist office. It opens at 9 am, with stalls of gift ideas and local produce, wines included. At noon, lunch is served at the Espace Colliard. In the afternoon there is entertainment for children, with a local band.
